How we use cookies

Coding Pathway currently uses only the cookies needed for sign-in and secure access. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not use cookies to track you across other websites.

Coding Pathway is operated by Coding Pathway Ltd (registered in England and Wales, company number 17313032).

Essential cookies

• A session cookie that keeps a user securely signed in.
• A security cookie that protects sign-in against cross-site request forgery (CSRF).
• A short-lived cookie that returns you to the right page after you sign in.
• A temporary teacher-demo access cookie, limited to that demo, which expires with the session. New public demos last 40 minutes; private presenter demos can last three hours. It does not replace your ordinary sign-in cookie.

Analytics and marketing cookies

Demo activity reporting uses the temporary demo reference, without adding a tracking cookie or storing an identifier across demos. It records content-free page and tour activity for up to 30 days. See the privacy notice for what is recorded.

We do not currently use advertising cookies on the live platform.

If we introduce non-essential analytics or marketing cookies in future, this page and any consent flow will be updated.

Managing cookies

You can clear cookies through your browser settings. Some essential cookies are required for sign-in and protected parts of the service to work correctly.
