Which students count towards a tier?
Plan for the students in classes where you will use paid teaching tools. Simply creating accounts or using the free Python course does not use paid seats.
When a class first uses paid teaching tools, its active students count towards your school’s allowance. Students who subsequently join that class count too. A student counts once across your school and remains counted until your school’s confirmed academic-year boundary.

Does the demo start my school trial?
No. The demo is a temporary fictional school. Your two-week school trial starts when you create your own school.
What happens when the trial ends?
Your school moves to the free plan. There is nothing to cancel and no automatic charge. Students keep the free Python course; paid teaching tools become read-only until you subscribe. Your work is not deleted.
How do we subscribe?
Sign in and open your school’s billing page to arrange a subscription. You can pay by card or use an invoice and purchase order. Every teacher in your school is included.

Our previous trial went unused. Can we try again?
Get in touch and ask for your unused trial to be restarted. You can explore the demo at any time without creating a school.
What happens if our subscription ends?
Your data is kept and the school returns to free access. Paid teaching tools become read-only until renewal; the Python course stays free.
