Pricing

Simple annual pricing for schools. Students stay free.

Every new school starts with a free two-week trial of the whole platform. Students always keep free access to the core Python course. A school subscription adds the teacher layer: worksheets, setting work, marking, insights and authoring.

Two-week trial

Try everything free for two weeks.

Set up your school with Google or Microsoft sign-in and every teacher feature is on from the first minute. No card details. When the trial ends your school moves to the free plan: nothing is deleted, and subscribing at any point switches the teacher layer back on.

Free and subscribed

What free gets you, and what a subscription adds.

Using Coding Pathway for free is a real way to run it. A subscription adds the whole teacher layer in one go, with no feature tiers and no per-teacher charges.

Before you decide

Common questions.

How does the free trial work?

Every new school starts with a two-week trial of the full platform, every teacher feature included. No card details, and nothing to cancel: when it ends, your school simply moves to the free plan.

What does the free plan include?

Students keep the whole core Python course and their trophies. Teachers keep their classes and can see trophy counts and last activity, browse community resources in full, and copy them into the school library.

What happens if we let a subscription lapse?

Nothing is deleted. Your student lists, classes, settings and content all stay, students keep learning, and the teacher tools become read-only. Subscribing again switches everything back on.

Can we pay by invoice or purchase order?

Yes. We email an invoice to your finance team, and your school can use Coding Pathway during the 30-day payment window.

Which tier do we need?

Count the students you expect to use the platform this year. Start small if unsure; you can upgrade mid-year and only pay the difference. Every teacher is included on every tier.

We're part of a trust or school group

Multi-school and MAT arrangements are custom, with one agreement covering all your schools. Email sales@codingpathway.co.uk to talk it through.

Ready when you are
